Job Description

Role Overview: As an Enterprise Growth Partner in Property & Casualty insurance, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing a portfolio of commercial and personal P&C insurance clients across targeted industries and geographies. Your main focus will be on developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, with an emphasis on premium generation and client retention. Your role will also involve identifying client needs and risk exposures, recommending tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships with clients and carrier partners, and leading end-to-end sales cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing a portfolio of commercial and personal P&C insurance clients. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. - Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners. - Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. - Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding and support. - Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field (Certifications like IRDAI, CPCU, or ARM are a plus). - 3-7 years of proven experience in P&C insurance sales, preferably in a brokerage or carrier environment. - Strong understanding of commercial and personal lines insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management practices. - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.,
