Job Description

As a Consultant in this role, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders and executives, to gather strategic imperatives. Your support will be crucial for business unit managers as they utilize business architecture and product development artifacts to create and implement client business plans. Your responsibilities will include providing direct input into the governance cycle to support key goal achievement, planning and executing various scenarios, and delivering bottom-line value to the business. You will assist client businesses and leadership teams in defining problems, leading business and technology consulting projects, and conducting assessments of client processes, organizational changes, IT processes, and technology landscapes. A key aspect of your role will involve developing business and technical architecture strategies based on an understanding of different business scenarios and motivations. You will apply a structured business architecture approach to capture key views of the enterprise, guide teams in defining strategic core and support processes, and identify external entities that interact with the business. Furthermore, you will be responsible for guiding teams in capturing enterprise data relationships, roles, capabilities, and business units. Your expertise will be crucial in decomposing business units, managing internal and external units, and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and metrics for ongoing governance. In addition to your consulting responsibilities, you will also play a significant role in design and implementation support. This will involve understanding business requirements, evaluating technical requirements, studying design concepts, reviewing designs for potential flaws, and verifying designs with the Center of Excellence (CoE). Your role will also encompass practice development, knowledge management, solution development, product selection, technology consulting advisory, and alliance management. You will collaborate with various teams to identify best practices, provide feedback on process improvements, and engage with clients and product vendors to deliver optimal solutions. Your proficiency in F&O, Solution Architecture, and Finance will be essential in executing your responsibilities effectively and contributing to the success of client projects. Your ability to leverage industry knowledge, technical expertise, and project management skills will be critical in driving transformational value and ensuring client satisfaction.,
