Consultant - Human Resources Transformation

Job Description: As a member of the HR Strategy & Transformation team, you will be part of a group of HR Professionals specializing in select areas within HR to assist clients in targeting and delivering value for their HR and Talent investments. Our team utilizes a distributed delivery model, enabling deployment globally - onsite, near shore, and offshore. Key Responsibilities: - Designing HR Operating Models including HR Op Model Design, Organization Design, and Capability Enhancement - Implementing Competency Based Talent Management through Competency Modelling, Design, Assessment, and Integration with HR & Talent processes - Conducting Workforce Management activities such as workforce effectiveness analysis, planning, and optimization - Assessing, designing, and deploying HR Shared Services to enhance HR operations - Driving Process Excellence by designing, innovating, and implementing HR & Talent processes - Leading HR SaaS Implementation projects by designing SaaS processes, configuring systems, providing training, and enabling change within the organization Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in HR strategy and transformation projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a distributed delivery model - Proficiency in HR technology and SaaS implementations (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
