Consultant - Graphic Design

• Collaborate with the design and program implementation teams to develop visually compelling designs for digital and print media.
• Create graphics, including posters, GIFs, stickers, videos, design documents, and PPTS to be used for the TAP Buddy WhatsApp bot by students, teachers, and government stakeholders
• Use Adobe Suite (like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma), Canva, and AI design software to design engaging content and video aligned with TAP s visual identity
• Review and revise design work based on feedback from the team.

• Translate impact stories and data into clean, visually inspiring formats
• Contribute towards creating visual guidelines for the TAP Buddy Whatsapp bot, and ensure all designs align with it.
• Integrate designing with AI in the workflows to optimize delivery time
• Guide junior designers or interns where required.

• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, and design standards
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and curriculum materials.
• Contribute to TAP s design library (templates, icons, illustrations)
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work.

• You re a graphic design professional with a strong portfolio of digital and print projects.
• You re proficient in tools like Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma with 2+ years of experience.
• You have experience with using AI to create graphic design collaterals
• You care deeply about layout, typography, and how visuals communicate emotion and clarity.
• You re self-motivated, open to feedback, and excited to learn.
• Youre a strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• You re hiighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
