GenAI Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of

  Generative AI models

  (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for automation, analytics, and productivity use cases.
• Architect, train, fine-tune, and evaluate models using

  Python

  ,

  , and modern

  Deep Learning frameworks

  .
• Build scalable AI pipelines using

  AWS cloud services

  ,

  SQL

  , and

  NoSQL databases

  such as

  MongoDB

  and

  Redis

  .
• Oversee feature engineering, data preprocessing, experimentation, and model optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into GenAI solutions.
• Manage deployment of AI/ML models in production using MLOps, containerization, and data engineering tools.
• Establish best practices, governance, and ethical guidelines for GenAI projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.
• Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvements using analytics and feedback loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years

• Solid understanding of

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and GenAI architectures.
• Knowledge of deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, experimentation, and model evaluation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in managing AI/ML teams or projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise GenAI integration (chatbots, copilots, document automation, RAG pipelines).
• Familiarity with big-data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop) and streaming tools (Kafka/Kinesis).
