We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Consultant cum Assistant Professor in Pediatric Surgery to join our team. Responsibilities Provide expert consultation in pediatric surgery to patients and their families. Assist in the education and training of medical students and residents in pediatric surgery. Participate in clinical research and contribute to the development of new surgical techniques. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality healthcare to pediatric patients. Conduct regular rounds in the pediatric surgical unit and manage patient care effectively. Skills and Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Postgraduate degree (MD/MS) in General Surgery or equivalent. Fellowship in Pediatric Surgery is preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric surgical procedures and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to teaching and mentoring students and junior staff. Good organizational and time management skills.
