We are looking for an experienced Consultant / Trainer who can deliver effective training sessions and provide expert guidance across business and technical domains. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for mentoring, and hands-on experience in delivering structured training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions for corporate and individual learners.

Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments.

Understand client requirements and design customized training programs.

Provide consulting support to improve business and technical processes.

Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills:

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of relevant business or technology domains.

Ability to engage and motivate learners.

Prior experience in conducting professional or corporate training sessions.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Certification in training, coaching, or consulting is a plus.
