Consultant, Client Engagement - Data Strategy & Analytics

We are currently seeking a talented and energetic individual to join our Analytics team as a Client Engagement Consultant to support our growing Data Strategy & Analytics (DSA) function. As a Consultant, you will play an integral role in project teams, collaborating closely with other consultants, data scientists, and statisticians. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of strategic business issues within the life sciences industry, gaining exposure to various patient-level data sources, innovative technology, and AI tools. Your main responsibilities will include understanding our clients" business needs, developing methodological solutions using secondary data, collaborating on business rules development, conducting secondary research using healthcare databases, and interpreting and presenting research findings to project teams and clients. Additionally, you will be involved in creating presentations, mentoring junior staff, aiding in proposal development, and working on other assigned tasks. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or life sciences disciplines from a reputable university, along with at least 2 years of experience in consulting or related fields within the life sciences industry. You should also possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, take initiative, work independently when needed, and collaborate effectively in a team-based setting. This role requires multitasking across multiple projects while maintaining quality and accuracy, developing presentation skills, and continuously improving your analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills through formal and informal training and mentorship.
