Consultant - Business Consulting PI - Transformation Delivery

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 11 years of experience to join our team as a Consultant in the Government and Public Sector (GPS) division, specifically in Business Consulting - Transformation Delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and delivery of Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) and other Water supply projects. ### Roles and Responsibility Understand and document clients' business processes and requirements, performing root cause analysis and developing business cases. Attend training programs to exhibit knowledge of advisory methodology and consulting attributes. Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions using advanced Excel modeling skills. Develop relationships with clients and team members through excellent interpersonal skills. Participate in corporate social and team events to promote senior roles within the organization. Identify issues and form hypotheses to solve them, presenting findings and recommendations to clients. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with an MBA from a reputed institute being preferred. At least 6 years of experience in Project Management and delivery of JJM and other Water supply projects, including at least 3 years of consulting experience. Strong understanding of Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Water supply projects, and Rural drinking water supply issues. Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze and work through complex problems. Fair competence in research methodologies, including primary and secondary research. Strong business analysis skills, with proficiency in MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, adaptable and creative in their approach.
