Description
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing end-to-end journeys for web or mobile platforms, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, healthtech, or similar digital product environments. ### Roles and Responsibility Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex enterprise solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop design concepts. Create scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines, and other artifacts required to develop and evolve designs for a set of products, tools, and services. Understand and document clients' business processes and requirements, developing personas, customer journey, and interviewing various users to gather required information. Advocate for design in the context of business and user goals. Handle complex design problems and create sophisticated and elegant solutions. ### Job Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX and UI projects. Solid understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility standards. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision, etc. Experience working in agile teams, participating in sprints, and collaborating with developers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly. Self-motivated and driven to deliver high-quality results. Ability to multitask on multiple features and contribute to multiple projects end-to-end, serving as an experience stakeholder alongside designers, research teams, engineering, and project managers. Fair competence in research methodologies (primary and secondary research).
