Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Project Management and delivery, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. ### Roles and Responsibility Understand and document clients' business processes and requirements, performing root cause analysis and developing business cases. Attend training programs to enhance knowledge of advisory methodology and consulting attributes. Develop sector focus based on industry group alignment and exhibit initiative by participating in corporate social and team events. Identify issues, form hypotheses, present findings and recommendations to clients, implement recommendations, manage work streams within a project, and lead analysts on specified work tasks. Analyze and resolve complex problems using advanced Excel modeling skills and fair competence in research methodologies (Primary and Secondary research). Build strong relationships with clients and team members through excellent interpersonal skills. ### Job Requirements Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and delivery, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Demonstrate a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Be agile, curious, mindful, and able to maintain positive energy, adaptable, and creative in approach. Exhibit advanced MS-Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Have good documentation and report writing skills.
