You will be responsible for managing vendors, ensuring quality control, tracking progress, and maintaining timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction work at site Coordinate with civil contractors, turf/net vendors, electricians, and other suppliers Ensure quality standards and design specifications are met Monitor timelines and budget adherence Share regular updates and reports with the management team Requirements: Prior experience in site supervision or civil/construction project execution Ability to read drawings and work with vendors Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Must be based in or willing to work full-time in Lucknow Experience with sports infrastructure (optional but preferred) Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
