*Role Purpose*
To drive sales growth in the construction sector by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company’s products and services effectively.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
2. Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and real estate developers.
3. Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients.
4. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
5. Conduct market research.
6. Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
8. Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
*Qualifications & Skills*
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Commerce, Civil Engineering, or related field).
2–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or building materials.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and deliver customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
