Construction Sales Executive- only experience in construction

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on driving sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., estimating, project management, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
