Construction Project Manager

Job Description

The Role: We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee civil construction and interior projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker, team player, and technically sound professional who can manage on-ground execution, lead site teams and subcontractors, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure timely, within-budget project delivery while upholding high standards of safety and quality. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end lifecycle of construction and interior projects. Develop and monitor project timelines, BOQs, budgets, and work schedules. Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, quality standards, and client specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and clients for smooth execution and issue resolution. Supervise site teams including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors. Monitor on-site activities to ensure timely delivery, safety compliance, and cost control. Oversee procurement planning and material availability to avoid delays or overruns. Manage project documentation, site MIS reports, client billing, and statutory requirements. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders. Enforce safety norms and legal compliance across project sites. Lead on-ground troubleshooting and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Required qualification and skills: Education: B.E. or B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in project/site management. Knowledge of PEB structures, industrial construction, and interior works. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiar with project management tools and construction documentation. Ability to multitask and manage diverse teams across sites. Working Days: 6 days Salary Range: 50,000 80,000/month (Based on experience and expertise) Industry: Construction & Infrastructure (Industrial Buildings, PEB Warehouses, Interior Projects) Job Type: Full-Time / On-Site
