The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Site Engineer to support project execution on-site. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, manage labour and materials, and ensure work progress aligns with design specifications and project schedules.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and timelines.
• Supervise labour teams and manage material consumption on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain work quality and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Keep daily records of work progress, labour deployment, and material usage.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resolving technical/site issues.
• Report to Project Manager and provide updates on execution status.
• Ensure site cleanliness and maintain discipline among the workforce.
• Assist in checking material quality and coordinate with the procurement team for site requirements.

Required qualification and skills:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil or related field.
• 25 years of site execution experience in construction/interior projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage labour teams and handle pressure on-ground.
• Basic knowledge of project documentation and site reports.
