Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Oversee the
entire construction process

design review to project completion

Develop
project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Ensure that construction activities adhere to
architectural designs, blueprints, and engineering standards
.

Site Management & Safety Compliance:

Manage
on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers
.
Enforce
health and safety regulations
, ensuring compliance with OSHA and local construction codes.
Conduct
regular site inspections
to maintain quality control and resolve any issues.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Monitor
project costs, expenses, and material procurement
to stay within budget.
Identify and implement
cost-saving strategies
without compromising quality.
Approve
contractor bids, invoices, and change orders
.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Coordinate with
architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies
.
Lead
construction meetings
, provide status updates, and address project challenges.
Hire, train, and mentor on-site supervisors and staff.
