As a Construction Manager (Civil Works) at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction activities for our ongoing and upcoming projects. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site civil construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. You will also be expected to manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams, prepare project schedules, monitor project budgets, and conduct site inspections. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site civil construction activities. - Ensure alignment of construction work with design drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines. - Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for efficient execution of work. - Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and material requirements. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and statutory regulations. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams for project updates and issue resolution. - Monitor project budgets, control costs, and assist in resource allocation. - Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved construction methodologies. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). - 6-8 years of experience in civil construction management for infrastructure, institutional, or large-scale building projects. - Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project planning, and site execution. - Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
