As an Intern at Shearoop Constructions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process by conducting research and compiling vendor and product data in the residential construction sector. Your primary responsibility will involve collecting and organizing vendor-specific details, such as services, products, pricing, locations, and unique features, and presenting this information in structured Excel sheets for comparison. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and list vendors relevant to various stages of residential construction projects - Collect and document details for each vendor, including: - Vendor Name - Type of Service & Product Offered with specifications - Rate/Costing (per unit or scope) - Operating Location in Delhi-NCR - Key Features (e.g., quality, certifications, delivery time, capacity) - Prepare Excel sheets for comparison across service categories - Shortlist vendors based on price, service quality, and suitability in different vendor categories Categories of Vendors to be Covered: - Civil Work Contractors - Material Suppliers - MEP Vendors - Interior & Finishing - Exterior Work - Fabrication & Special Services - Machinery Rentals - Waste Management & Safety Vendors Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or recently completed Civil Engineering or Construction Management - Good communication skills for effective vendor outreach - Proficient in MS Excel for data entry, formatting, and comparison tables - Familiarity with construction workflows preferred - Must have own two-wheeler or be able to commute locally by bike or car By joining Shearoop Constructions as an intern, you will gain valuable experience in vendor and rate management within real-world construction projects.
