Role & responsibilities Can read and interpret Civil and Architectural drawing Can be able to prepare the projects SOW (Scope of work) & getting quotation from vendors Can be able to do preparation of project preliminary schedules & milestones Can be able to create projects daily reports and weekly updates and managing the team Can be able to do quality inspections & documentation of civil, architectural, reinforcement & shuttering Can use Microsoft office Can prepare project level 3 schedules in MS projects Can be able to co ordinate with MEP team for day to day issues and managing the teams Ensuring the Quality and safety standards as per site requirements Should have Knowledge about industrial safety and knowledge about the basic construction safety EXPERIENCE - Person should have at least 3-5 years of experience and completed minimum 5-10 projects in Civil construction management in Residential/Commercial/Industrial building. Person should have skills in managing vendor and construction activities on floor. Person with experience in inspections and quality of constructions Person should have experience in planning and allocating resources, can take required actions to keep the schedule on track.
