Job Description

Conga CLM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to contract lifecycle management
  • Design, configure, and implement

    Conga CLM

    solutions tailored to client needs
  • Customize contract templates, workflows, approval processes, and dashboards within Conga CLM
  • Provide end-to-end support in contract creation, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal processes
  • Integrate Conga CLM with other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP, and document management tools
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality and performance
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators
  • Support post-implementation activities, including enhancements and upgrades
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, IT, and procurement
  • Stay updated with Conga product features and industry best practices

Required Skills:

  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience with

    Conga CLM

    implementations and support
  • Strong knowledge of

    contract lifecycle management

    concepts and best practices
  • Experience with

    workflow automation

    , template configuration, and approval routing in Conga CLM
  • Familiarity with

    Salesforce integration

    and basic Salesforce platform understanding
  • Good understanding of

    document generation

    and

    e-signature

    processes
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
  • Strong documentation and training skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with

    Conga Composer

    ,

    Conga Sign

    , or other Conga suite products
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g.,

    Salesforce Administrator

    ,

    Platform App Builder

    )
  • Knowledge of API integrations and middleware tools
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with legal and procurement domain processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Client-facing experience with a consultative approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a timely manner
