As a Deal Review Specialist in Equity Derivatives, you will play a crucial role in the heart of financial innovation. Your responsibilities will include: - **Trade Review:** Validate OTC & Note trades across structured and exotic products. - **Documentation Analysis:** Interpret Termsheet, Legal Confirmation & Pricing Supplement. - **Risk Management:** Ensure accurate risk representation and collaborate with global teams. - **Process Excellence:** Drive efficiency and strengthen controls. - **Stakeholder Communication:** Act as the bridge between Trading, Risk, Legal & Tech. To excel in this role, we are looking for professionals with: - Strong knowledge of OTC / Forward Contracts / Option Strategies. - Hands-on experience in Confirmation Drafting & OTC documentation. - Bachelors in Finance/Economics/Math (CFA/MBA = Bonus!). - Deep understanding of Equity Derivatives (Vanilla & Exotic Options). - Analytical mindset along with excellent communication skills.
