Configuration Management Lead

As a Configuration Lead for healthcare product implementation, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the setup and configuration of healthcare administration products. You will lead a team, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with technical and business teams to meet client requirements effectively. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead the configuration and setup of healthcare administration products. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). - Mentor and guide Configuration Analysts and Engineers to adhere to best practices. - Design and configure systems specifically for Claims and Clinical Operations. - Manage Agile sprints, including planning, backlog grooming, and demos. - Review configuration to ensure compliance with standards and design. - Collaborate with Integration, Conversion, and Testing teams for seamless project execution. - Provide regular project updates, identify risks, and propose appropriate solutions. - Engage in client demos, troubleshoot issues, and support product adoption. Key Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in healthcare product implementation or configuration leadership. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and leading sprints. - Strong knowledge of Claims processing, Member/Provider data, and Clinical Operations. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and DevOps practices. - Excellent leadership skills, communication abilities, and stakeholder management expertise. Preferred Skills: - Experience with healthcare integrations, EDI transactions, and workflow automation. - Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools. - Client-facing experience in consulting or implementation roles.
