As a Concrete Foreman at our company, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all concrete-related activities on site. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning daily work schedules and allocating tasks to workers to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained. - Ensuring proper use of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials for efficient productivity. - Checking formwork, reinforcement, and shuttering before concrete pouring to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. - Monitoring the quality of concrete mix, placement, compaction, and finishing. - Maintaining site records of manpower, materials, and progress reports. - Coordinating with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Quality team for smooth execution of work. - Ensuring strict adherence to safety norms and company policies. - Training and guiding workers for effective execution of concrete works. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the company provides benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
