Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts for luxury residential and commercial spaces
• Create

  mood boards, color palettes, sketches, material boards, and 3D visualizations

• Lead junior designers throughout the conceptual design phase
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and execution teams to refine and finalize concepts
• Ensure all concepts align with

  client requirements, budgets, and project timelines

• Maintain design consistency and high-quality standards across all deliverables

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Well-travelled with strong exposure to high-end luxury projects
• Experience working with

  HNI clients

  and handling premium residential or commercial portfolios
• Knowledge of

  lighting design

  , high-end art curation, and luxe material selection
• Strong visual presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
