As a Concept Artist at Gamix Labs, you will play a crucial role in creating interactive art for various games. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating quick and detailed drawings and paintings of environments, characters, buildings, vehicles, and props, including thumbnails and wireframes. - Using traditional and technological approaches to design in 2D through drawing and painting. - Clearly explaining and pitching your ideas to clients and the design team. - Responding positively to client feedback and adapting and refining your work accordingly. - Maintaining good communication with clients and meeting strict deadlines. - Utilizing creative programs and technologies such as Photoshop, Maya, Painter, and SketchUp. - Researching topics for reference and ideas to enhance your designs. - Creating specification sheets with accurate dimensions and details for others to follow.
