Computer Vision Engineer

You will be joining FOG (Future of Gaming), a fast-growing startup led by two IIT alumni, dedicated to creating innovative physical games for the amusement industry by combining traditional gameplay with cutting-edge technology. As a Computer Vision Engineer, your responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of all vision-tech aspects in the development of our upcoming attractions, starting from prototyping to final production - Transforming real-world interaction challenges into effective computer vision algorithms - Developing robust computer vision pipelines for tracking, detection, recognition, and calibration - Conducting extensive testing of the systems in real environments to ensure their reliability To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 1 year of experience in computer vision development, specifically using Python, OpenCV, and machine learning - A solid grasp of geometry, image processing, and real-time inference - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across hardware, software, and design teams - A proactive attitude towards learning and a strong desire to contribute to the creation of top-notch amusement products In return, you can expect: - Exciting opportunities for personal and professional growth through challenging projects and a supportive team environment - The chance to be recognized as the person behind the development of highly engaging and beloved games.
