Computer Teacher

The Computer Teacher is responsible for delivering computer education to students, fostering technical skills, and ensuring a strong understanding of computer concepts and digital literacy. The role includes preparing lesson plans, teaching theory and practical applications, and assessing student performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver computer science lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• Teach students about fundamental computer operations, programming languages, and software applications (MS Office, Internet, HTML, etc.).
• Conduct practical lab sessions to enhance hands-on learning.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
• Prepare and administer tests, assignments, and projects.
• Maintain records of student attendance and academic performance.
• Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of computer lab equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in educational technology.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• B.Ed. (preferred for school teaching positions).
• Proficiency in common operating systems, programming languages (C, C++, Python, etc.), and educational software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sonpur, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
