About the Role

Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data in computer systems and databases.
Manage and maintain electronic records and spreadsheets, with a strong focus on MS-Excel.
Prepare and generate reports, tables, and other documents as required.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all patient data and hospital data.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Provide general administrative support to the department as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and availability.

Required Qualifications

Education:
Must be a Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
Skills:
High proficiency in
MS-Excel
is mandatory.
Attributes:
Strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with other MS Office Suite applications (Word, Outlook).
Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare, or university environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
