Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage and operate computer systems efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, document handling, system monitoring, and ensuring smooth functioning of computer-based operations in the office. Key Responsibilities: Operate computer systems and software for routine tasks Perform accurate and fast data entry work Prepare and print documents, reports, and records as required Maintain and organize electronic and physical files Monitor system operations and report errors or issues Provide support for MS Office tasks (Excel, Word, etc.) Assist with administrative and back-office tasks Ensure data confidentiality and system security Coordinate with other departments for documentation and data Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10+2 or any graduate Basic to advanced computer knowledge Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Typing speed: [e.g., 30–40 WPM preferred] Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of data entry tools or accounting software (if applicable) Desirable Skills: Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage Ability to troubleshoot basic software or hardware issues Familiarity with office equipment like printers and scanners
