Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Enter and update product, inventory, and billing data accurately in the system. Generate invoices, purchase orders, and reports as required. Maintain and update customer and supplier records. Manage email correspondence, digital files, and documents. Assist in preparing stock reports and tracking inventory levels. Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure data security and confidentiality of company information. Requirements : Minimum qualification: Graduate Basic to intermediate computer skills Good typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Prior experience in pharmacy or wholesale business preferred.
