As a Quotation giving Executive at Hitech Engineers Firm, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and timely quotations for weighing systems, bagging machines, and conveyors for our esteemed sugar factory clients. Your responsibilities will include issuing quotations, conducting client follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and product details, and maintaining quotation records and databases. Your contribution to the sales process and ensuring client satisfaction will be key to our success. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Electronics or Electronics & Communication. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and documentation is essential, along with a good typing speed. Previous experience in preparing quotations and providing technical sales support, especially in the industrial machinery sector, will be advantageous. Strong communication and coordination skills will enable you to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
