Location: Siliguri, West Bengal (On-site)Job Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team in Siliguri.The role involves system monitoring, data entry, maintaining logs, handling backups,and ensuring security protocols are followed. The person will support users, escalateissues as needed, and help maintain the smooth functioning of hardware andsoftware systems.Key Responsibilities1.Manage and operate computer systems efficiently.2.Perform accurate data entry, record maintenance, and report generation.3.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.4.Ensure accuracy, security, and timely completion of assigned tasks.5.Perform regular backups and assist in data recovery when required.Requirements1.Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Diploma/Certification in Computer Applicationspreferred).2.Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar IT/administrative role.3.Excellent command of Bengali; knowledge of English/Hindi is a must.4.Familiarity with backup systems, data storage, printers, and scanners.5.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy.Preferred Skills1.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and related software2.Basic troubleshooting knowledge of hardware and operating systems.3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.4.Having a personal laptop is preferred.
