Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computer systems, software, and hardware efficiently
• Perform accurate data entry, processing, and verification tasks
• Generate and manage system reports, print jobs, and daily backups
• Track system performance and promptly escalate any technical issues
• Maintain proper documentation, logs, and records for operations
• Support the team in maintaining data security and accuracy

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Quick learner with a positive attitude toward skill development
• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
