Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Computer Operator to join our team in the Front Office / Reception / Computer Operator / Assistant industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience, excellent typing skills, proficiency in MS Office, and basic computer software.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage data entry, record maintenance, and documentation with high accuracy.
Prepare reports, invoices, and presentations using computer software.
Handle emails and online communications professionally.
Support different departments with computer-based tasks efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and files using computer software.
Provide administrative support as needed.

Job Requirements

Good typing speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer software.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new software.
Familiarity with internet browsing and online data entry.
Qualification: B.A, B.C.A, B.Com.
