Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer

You are a skilled and motivated Hardware and Networking Engineer sought to join our IT team. Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, networking systems, printers, scanners, and associated infrastructure. Your role demands hands-on technical expertise and a proactive approach to system maintenance and user support. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. - Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems to ensure high availability and performance. - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware or software faults and resolve technical issues. - Ensure security through access controls, firewalls, antivirus, and patch management. - Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems. - Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance contracts and warranty claims. - Maintain documentation of configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures. - Assist in planning and implementing network upgrades and new IT projects. - Knowledge in LED Screens, LED Walls, AV, Projectors. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Diploma in Computer Engineering / Electronics & Communication / Information Technology from a recognized Polytechnic College. - Experience: 03 years of relevant experience in hardware and networking roles. - Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, LED Walls, AV systems, and other tech products. - Proficiency in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking. - Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and basic server administration.
