Key responsibilities Installation and configuration: Set up and configure computer hardware components, operating systems, and networking devices like routers and switches. Maintenance and upgrades: Perform regular maintenance, hardware upgrades, and system improvements to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime. Network security: Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, to protect data and ensure system integrity. Technical support: Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware and network-related problems. Monitoring and documentation: Monitor network performance and document network configurations and maintenance procedures.
