Job Description

Teaching and Curriculum:

• Develop and deliver engaging computer science courses, including lectures, seminars, and lab sessions.
• Create and update course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
• Assess student performance through exams, projects, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay current with the latest developments in computer science and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Guide students in their academic and career paths, offering mentorship and advice.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure students grasp complex concepts.

Research and Academic Activities:

• Conduct research in computer science and contribute to academic publications.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and faculty development activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
• Supervise student research projects and internships.

Classroom and Department Management:

• Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior and address any student issues promptly.
• Ensure proper functioning of computer equipment and software in the classroom.
• Keep up-to-date with changes and advancements in computer technology.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the department.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field is typically required.
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring computer science subjects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development, and current industry trends is crucial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Experience with online teaching platforms and tools is often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
