Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CAD/CAM/CAE) - Entry Professional

Role Overview: As a Mechanical Engineer at Siemens Energy, your main responsibility will be to understand project requirements and effectively coordinate with the distributed team. You will need to identify and address any deviations or issues in the project in consultation with the Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Building assemblies and part BOM in NX and releasing it in SAP - Preparing detailed manufacturing drawings of Turbo compressor components and assemblies in compliance with Siemens Standards - Maintaining quality standards by conducting detailed checks of all models and drawings, and implementing various quality improvement processes - Supporting the distributed team in crafting part models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using NX 11 and TEAMCENTER 11 for Turbo compressor core components - Performing static calculations and designing special tools for assemblies of Gear Type compressor and Single shaft turbo compressor Qualifications Required: - B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of Centrifugal Compressor components and Assembly and 2-4 years of experience - Hands-on experience with NX 8.5 or 11 and working knowledge of Teamcenter 11.0 / SAP - Good knowledge of Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) - Basic knowledge of Static Calculations - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assemblies - Good communication and presentation skills - Strong soft skills such as being a great teammate, quick learner, and ability to adapt quickly and effectively,
