We are looking for a Senior HR professional for the Compliance Department who will be responsible for managing and ensuring full compliance with customer, social, and technical audit requirements. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of social audits such as SMETA, SLCP, FSLM, and other customer compliance standards. The role includes handling buyer compliance requirements, preparing and maintaining documentation, coordinating and closing audit findings, and ensuring continuous improvement in labor, health & safety, and ethical practices. The candidate should be well-versed in statutory labor laws, factory compliance, wage and hour systems, and ethical HR practices, along with the ability to conduct internal audits and train teams on compliance standards. Experience in handling multiple customer audits, interacting with auditors, and managing corrective action plans (CAPs) is essential. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required to effectively manage compliance across all departments and ensure alignment with both social and technical audit requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
