As a Risk Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring risks associated with our Fintech and Insuretech companies, as well as our Third Party Administrator. Your strong analytical skills, understanding of risk management, and preferably a background in the financial and/or insurance industry will be valuable assets in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance risk management processes and contribute to our overall success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments in each business area to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. - Analyze data to assess the financial impact of identified risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies. - Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to evaluate their impact on our risk profile. - Implement risk management policies and procedures in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Prepare risk reports for senior management, highlighting key findings, metrics, trends, and recommendations. - Engage in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications Required:** - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Risk Management. - Bring over 5 years of experience in Risk Management and/or Compliance, or have extensive experience in implementing risk management strategies within the financial services industry, particularly in life insurance, annuity, Fintech, and/or Insuretech. - Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to enhance controls environment through automated techniques. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to risk management. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team. In addition to the above qualifications, holding certifications such as CRM, FRM, or CERA would be considered a bonus.
