Compliance & ISO Documentation Executive

Job Description: You will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's compliance with internal policies, labour laws, statutory regulations, and ISO standards. Additionally, you will support HR operations and documentation to foster a culture of discipline and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular checks to detect violations of company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. - Update and maintain ISO documentation in accordance with audit standards. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of compliance issues. - Assist HR in managing employee records, statutory compliance data, and internal communications. - Prepare compliance reports and present findings to the management. - Aid in internal and external audits related to compliance and ISO standards. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in compliance management or a related field. - Strong understanding of labour laws, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across different departments. - Proficiency in preparing and presenting compliance reports.
