Job Description

  • Handle GST registration, amendment, and APOB filings for clients across various states.
  • Prepare and maintain all compliance-related documents, such as rental/virtual office agreements, NOCs, utility proofs, etc.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST applications and related submissions.
  • Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and clients for required information and updates.
  • Track and update the status of applications in internal sheets and client trackers.
  • Respond to GST queries or notices with proper documentation and communication.
  • Maintain compliance records for Flydesk’s office locations used for virtual office services.
  • Stay updated with latest GST rules and compliance changes relevant to Flydesk’s operations.
  • Support the team in monthly reconciliation, filing schedules, and audit preparation.
