Compliance Data Analytics Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Establish, implement and maintain risk standards and programs to drive compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory and Corporate Policy requirements
• Oversee the Front Line's execution and challenges appropriately on compliance related decisions
• Provide oversight and monitoring of risk-based compliance programs
• Develop and oversee standards
• Provide subject matter expertise with comprehensive knowledge of business and functional area
• Provide compliance risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with moderate risk for a business line or functional area
• Monitor reporting, escalation, and timely remediation of issues, deficiencies or regulatory matters regarding compliance risk management
• Provide direction to the business on developing corrective action plans and effectively managing regulatory change

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 3 -5 years of demonstrated/hands-on experience executing analytics or creating visualizations using any combination of Business Intelligence (BI) and analytic tools including Tableau, Power BI, SAS Viya, Alteryx, or SQL.
• 3- 5 years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and formatting data using scripts or other analytic tools.

This Senior Compliance Specialist will be responsible for creating dashboards and performing data analytics using analytic tools including SAS, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

• Develop visualizations and data extracts using diverse data sets to support compliance insights with increase scope, precision, and efficiency
• Support the end-to-end life-cycle of visualization and analytic projects including tool section, sourcing of data, ideation, documentation, peer reviews, UAT, production deployment and support.
• Create Interactive Dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data visualization solutions
