Job Description

Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Ensure all business processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document new processes.
Provide training and support to staff on compliance and process improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented processes and compliance measures.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management
5 to 7 years relevant experience .
Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Process and Compliance Consultant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus
