As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of critical documentation such as Operations Standard Document (OSD) and Business Information Security Risk Assessment (BISRA) for the designated business/operations area. Your role will involve implementing controls in operational areas as per defined standards, contractual requirements, and policies. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct compliance/audit reviews and monitor risks & controls. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing critical documentation like OSD and BISRA for the assigned business/operations area - Implement controls as per OSD, contractual requirements, and policies - Conduct compliance/audit reviews for the designated area - Monitor risks & controls, identify/report exceptions, and develop action plans - Drive awareness and provide training on key risk and compliance aspects - Take overall responsibility for the Compliance Self-assessment exercise - Ensure timely closure of issues identified in internal/external audits/reviews Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Advanced Excel, visualization tools, PowerPoint, macros, process excellence, and compliance - Experience in internal audit would be advantageous Please note that the work location for this position is at Infopark, Kakkanad, Kerala.,
