In this role, you will be responsible for:
● Conduct research on relevant regulations and requirements for various types of licensure processes
● Assist in compiling, organizing, and reviewing documentation required for licensure applications
● Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and documents
● Coordinate with consultants, attorneys, and other team members to ensure timely completion of licensure
packages
● Draft and prepare legal documents, including applications, affidavits, and supporting materials
● Maintain organized records of all licensure-related documents and correspondence
● Stay updated on changes to licensing laws and regulations across different jurisdictions
● Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence
● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of licensure processes for clients
● Assist in quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of licensure packages before
submission
● Research corporate regulations and compliance requirements
● Draft and review corporate documents and contracts
● Maintain corporate records and filings
● Provide administrative assistance to legal team
● Stay updated on relevant laws and industry practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
