Competence Head/ Technical Trainer

We are seeking a technically skilled professional with hands-on experience in construction machinery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing training programs for service engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Strong expertise in operating heavy machinery, particularly excavators and related construction equipment.-Design, develop, and execute training programs to enhance technical competency across teams.-Plan, implement, and oversee competency-based training models in collaboration with the Service Department.-Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting support, and guidance to service engineers as needed.-Prepare, analyze, and present periodic performance reports, training outcomes, and improvement recommendations to management.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.-1–2 years of experience in the construction equipment industry, preferably within a dealership or service network.-Strong practical knowledge of construction machinery with hands-on expertise in machine operations.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and guide technical teams effectively.
