Company Secretary

We are looking to hire aqualified Company Secretaryfor ourPractising Company Secretary (PCS) firm. The ideal candidate should be a motivated professional with12 years of post-qualification experience, particularly inNBFC compliance, due diligence, ROC filings, secretarial and legal work.

• Handling end-to-endNBFC compliance(RBI filings, regulatory reporting, governance requirements).
• Conducting thoroughDue Diligencefor clients, including corporate law and regulatory compliance checks.
• ManagingCompanies Act, 2013 compliances filing forms with MCA/ROC, maintaining statutory registers, ensuring good corporate governance practices.
• Drafting and reviewinglegal documents, resolutions, agreements, and notices.
• Assisting withBoard Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and Committee Meetingsincluding preparation of agendas, minutes, and related filings.
• Advisory support to clients onSEBI, FEMA, and allied regulationsas required.

• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS)with minimum12 years of professional experience(preferably with NBFC or PCS firm exposure).
• Strong knowledge ofCompanies Act, NBFC regulations, ROC compliance, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Skilled indue diligence, secretarial drafting, and regulatory reporting.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage client deliverables.
• Proficiency inlegal drafting and researchwill be an added advantage.
• Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and expertise.
