Company Secretary Trainee

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of CS Articleship. As a CS Articleship candidate, you will assist the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and corporate governance practices. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Company Secretaries to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in corporate law and governance.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Assist in maintaining statutory records and registers.
2. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and documents.3. Review and draft corporate documents, agreements, and notices.4. Assist in conducting board and committee meetings.5. Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, ROC requirements, and other applicable laws.6. Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations.7. Perform other tasks assigned by the Company Secretary or Management.

*Requirements:*

1. Qualified CS Intermediate or Final (in progress or completed).
2. Strong understanding of corporate laws, regulations, and governance practices.3. Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.4. Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
